Job Description
Creative Leads are responsible for a number of pre-production and post-production aspects. They handle the preparations for production such as question and scriptwriting as well as creating the templates to be used for all still image graphics that will be sent to the client. Creative Leads are a vital part of the Quality Control process as they watch through each episode, take notes of timestamps and content, and ensure any errors are caught before sending to the client. Lastly, Creative Leads are in charge of scheduling social media posts for clients if the client chooses for us to do so.

Job Description
Project Managers handle much of the planning and collaboration throughout the entire process of each episode to ensure it stays on schedule and problems are figured out. They frequently attend meetings with the clients during Content Planning and ensure that all issues are addressed with the client. They handle the overall progression of each episode and show taking notes of where the process is at and what needs to be done for it to be delivered to the client and scheduled on their distribution platforms.

Job Description
Producers are responsible for ensuring that all production needs and equipment are properly in place and work at the specified recording time. They are in charge of ensuring that all equipment is packed and transported to the shoot location, setting up, recording, tearing down, and returning the equipment to where it is housed. Once this is done, the producer just has to upload the footage to the server for the editors to be able to retrieve the files.

Job Description
Editors are vital to our process and handle a large chunk of the post-production process. Editors are responsible for taking the footage uploaded by the Producer, editing out any mistakes, aligning the footage, and uploading back to our server. This position is contract-based and the pay rates will be disclosed at that point in time.

Job Description
Hosts are responsible for ensuring the flow and tone of the shows that are being recorded are the best they can be. Knowing the interviewees background information and ensuring that you are prepped for every episode is vital to ensure that each recording runs smoothly. All the information for the show and background on the interviewees will be provided before the recording and alls scheduling is done based on the available schedule of the host and guests.
